Prices
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping is shown before you pay.
Colours
Screens differ, so a small difference between the photo and the beanie is not a defect.
Pre-orders
With a pre-order you pay when you order, and we ship later. The expected ship date is on the product page and in your confirmation email.
If that date moves, we email you before you have to ask. You can cancel for free any time until your order ships.
When your order is final
Your order is final once we confirm it by email.
We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is no longer available, if there is a pricing error, or if we have good reason to suspect fraud. In that case we refund the full amount.
Discount codes
- Codes can't be combined with each other or with the Lift buddy deal, unless we say so.
- Personal codes (for example the Pro Deal for ski instructors) are for the person they were issued to, work once, and can't be exchanged for cash.
Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days to change your mind. The full details are in our refund policy.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order. This never limits your legal rights as a consumer.
Our stuff
The Après Club name, logo, texts, designs and photos on this site are ours. Don't use them commercially without our permission.
Law
Dutch law applies. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the consumer law where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applied when you ordered is the one that counts for your order.
