Refund policy

Until your order ships you can cancel it for a full refund. Email info@apresclub.nl with your order number. You don't need to give a reason.

You have 14 days from the day your parcel arrives to tell us you want to return it, and another 14 days to send it back.

The beanie has to be unworn and unwashed, with the label still on.

Email info@apresclub.nl with your order number and what you're sending back.
We reply with the return address.
Please don't send anything before you hear from us, or we can't match the parcel to your order.

Return shipping is on you, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong colour. Keep your proof of postage until you have your money back.

Once your return is in and checked, we refund you within 14 days, to the payment method you used.

Email us a photo and we'll sort it at our cost.

We don't do direct exchanges. Send back what you have and order the colour you want.

If you return one beanie from a discounted pair (Lift buddy, 2 for €74,99), we refund what you actually paid for that beanie.
